Refund Policy

Our refund policy expires after 28  days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, Keelford Organic Essentials (KOE) can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless contact has been made within the 28 days and an agreement has been reached.   Refunds will be limited to broken items within the 28 days of purchase and the Pain Magic 28 day policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Except for Pain Magic, you must contact us within the 28 days and discuss the reason for refund

Refunds will need present with proof of purchase.

Refunds are at the discretion of Keelford Organic Essentials where the following applies
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, KOE will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. KOE will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund request meets our policy as above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Sale Items
sale items are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
KOE only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if agreed to as part of Pain Magic 28 day money back policy. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and an address will be provided to send the defected item to so it can be replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
